ParlayTix acts solely as an intermediary between buyers and sellers. We do not own, sell, or resell tickets directly. All transactions are between users, and we facilitate the exchange through our platform.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, PARLAYTIX SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES.
Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid to ParlayTix in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
12Dispute Resolution
Arbitration Agreement
Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of our Services shall be resolved through binding arbitration, except where prohibited by law. You waive your right to a jury trial and to participate in class actions.
Governing Law: These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
